Every module ends with a simulation assessed against documented scenarios, not attendance. The webinar is 3 hours. That's what you're registering for today. CHCP — the 8-week programme — is a separate decision you make after the webinar if it's right for you. Today's commitment is FREE and 3 hours on 19 April. Nothing more is asked of you right now.
03 What if I miss a live session?
All registered attendees receive a recording. That said — get your questions answered live with her at the end. That part doesn't replay the same way. If you can be there live, be there live.
04 Is this certificate recognised or accredited?
The webinar itself does not carry a certificate. The full CHCP programme is portfolio-assessed — your documentation of simulations across all 8 weeks is the credential. The goal is demonstrated competency across real scenarios, not a certificate that sits in a drawer. Participants graduate with a documented body of applied work covering healthcare escalation, consent conversations, hierarchy navigation, documentation integrity, and crisis communication. Cohort 1 graduates will be the first professionals in India to hold this specific certification.
05 Will you talk about the coaching programme during the webinar?
Yes — briefly, at the end. The 3 hours are entirely content: Smitha walks through the full CHCP architecture, goes deep on Pillar 1 live using the Communication Flow Grid and Breakdown Mapping Audit, and previews Pillars 2 and 3. At the close, she'll share how the 8-week programme works for those who want to go further. You are not paying anything to sit through a pitch.
06 Is this relevant to my specific role?

07 What does "founding cohort" mean, and why should I act now?
Cohort 1 is the first group to go through CHCP. Founding cohort pricing will not be offered again. As the programme builds a track record, the price goes up — that's standard for any certification that accumulates demonstrated outcomes. The webinar is also capped at 66 seats. 08 Who else in India is teaching healthcare communication — why is CHCP different?
Most offerings are one-day workshops or conference panels that teach awareness — what good communication looks like in theory. CHCP teaches competency — structured frameworks applied to real Indian healthcare scenarios, assessed by portfolio and live simulation. The curriculum covers 8 distinct layers: healthcare escalation, nurse-physician interaction, cross-department coordination, documentation integrity, consent disclosure, hierarchy navigation, crisis messaging, and legal defensibility. It's the difference between a CPR awareness talk and getting certified in CPR. The awareness talks exist. This is not that.
